Black pudding is made exclusively from pig's blood. The pork fat is roughly chopped, then cooked and filtered to extract some of its lipids and make it more digestible. It is then added to the pork blood and the onion which has been previously cooked in equal proportion. In order to gain creaminess, country cream is added when seasoning. This preparation is embossed (placed in natural casings) then delicately poached. 2 per pack.

Ingredients :
Pork blood, onions, pork fat, pork, 15% cream, salt, sodium erythorbate.

Contains milk

How to prepare it?

Sautéed apples are a classic side dish. If you want to vary it, serve it with pears or pineapple, or even mashed sweet potatoes. Coat the pudding with puff pastry and bake it in the oven to obtain a delicious sausage crust.
