Chicken meatballs ready in 30 minutes!

  • 450g of organic ground chicken from Viandes Bio de Charlevoix
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly oil it.
  2. Place the breadcrumbs in a large bowl and pour in the milk. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients including shallot, garlic, ground chicken, cheese and herbs. Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Form about 15 balls with the meatball mixture.
  5. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the meatballs are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
