Beef and parmesan meatballs

  • 1 package of 100% Charlevoix natural ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. Mix all the ingredients with your hands.
  2. Form into meatballs and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
