Ingredients
2 vegetable grain chicken thighs from Quebec (or thighs )
¼ cup (60ml) of Boreal maple syrup with crab mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
30ml of water
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a hot pan, brown the chicken, skin side down.
After nicely browning, turn over and add the paprika and seasonings.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, add the boreal maple syrup and, using a spoon, baste the chicken generously.
Finish cooking in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.
