How to prepare it?

Charcuteries are often served as an appetizer or as part of a tasting platter. Serve Lonza with olives, pickles, condiments (onion jam, for example), cheese or bread. You can also use the product to top a pizza or a quiche. Add Lonza to your omelette or sandwich.
