How to prepare it?

Cold cuts are often served as an appetizer or as part of a tasting platter. Serve the Lonza with olives, pickles, condiments (onion jam, for example), cheese or bread. You can also use the product to garnish a pizza or a quiche. Add Lonza to your omelet or sandwich.
