Lamb chops can be served with a variety of delicious sides. Prepare a Mediterranean ratatouille with vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes and onions. Accompany your lamb chops with a serving of couscous (add raisins, toasted almonds or fresh herbs for an extra kick).
