Summer is a perfect season to treat yourself to creative and tasty sandwiches. We therefore offer you two tempting recipes that will bring a touch of originality to your summer meals!!
Organic ham & pear sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread of your choice
- 8 slices of organic ham
- 1 ripe pear, cut into thin slices
- 1 handful of rocket
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Generously spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture onto the bread slices.
- Place two slices of organic ham on a slice of bread. Then add a few slices of pear and a handful of arugula.
- Close the sandwich with another slice of bread.
- Serve and enjoy!
Organic ham & peaches sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 slices of artisan bread
- 8 slices of organic dried ham
- 2 ripe peaches, cut into thin slices
- 50 g of fresh goat's cheese
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- A few fresh basil leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of fresh goat cheese on each slice of bread.
- Arrange a few slices of organic dried ham on a slice of bread. Then add a few peach slices and a few basil leaves.
- Drizzle gently with honey and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
- Close the sandwich with another slice of bread.
