Organic Ham & Pear Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread of your choice
- 8 slices of organic ham
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1 handful of arugula
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper according to your preferences.
- Generously spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture on the slices of bread.
- Place two slices of organic ham on one slice of bread. Then, add a few slices of pear and a handful of arugula.
- Close the sandwich with another slice of bread.
- Serve and enjoy!
Organic Ham Hock & Peach Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 slices of artisanal bread
- 8 slices of organic dried ham hock
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 50g of fresh goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- A few fresh basil leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of fresh goat cheese on each slice of bread.
- Arrange a few slices of organic dried ham hock on one slice of bread. Then, add a few slices of peach and some basil leaves.
- Drizzle gently with honey and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
- Close the sandwich with another slice of bread.
