Ingredients:
2 Quebec vegetal grain chicken thighs (or boneless chicken thighs)
¼ cup (60ml) of Boreal maple syrup with chaga mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
30ml of water
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 °F
In a hot skillet, brown the chicken on the skin side
After achieving a nice color, flip the chicken and add the paprika and seasonings.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, add the boreal maple syrup, and generously baste the chicken with a spoon.
Finish cooking in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
